Steve McCabe MP (Birmingham Selly Oak) has expressed his disappointment with the outcome of a Judicial Review which dismissed the case bought by campaigners BackTo60 against the government’s handling of the rise in the state pension age for women born in the 1950s.
The Birmingham MP has vowed to fight on with campaigners and has called on Boris Johnson to bring forward transitional arrangements in the Queen’s Speech next week.
