WATCH Birmingham MP tells Minister Birmingham is short-changed again

Speaking at Treasury Questions today, Tuesday 29 November, Steve McCabe MP asked the Treasury Minister why half of the money for England announced in the Autumn Statement last week is allocated to projects in London and the South East, despite the fact there will be a £50 million shortfall in NHS funding by 2017 and a huge £130 million shortfall for Social Care by 2020 in Birmingham.
